Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a Sedalia Center event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Final / No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason, including but not limited to weather, scheduling changes, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.

2. Rain or Shine Event

Sedalia Center events are held rain or shine. Events will proceed in most weather conditions. Our grounds include a large covered pavilion for live music and other event activities, but guests should still come prepared for changing outdoor conditions.

3. Weather and Event Changes

In the event of severe or dangerous weather, Sedalia Center reserves the right to delay, modify, pause, or cancel portions of the event as necessary for the safety of guests, performers, vendors, volunteers, and staff. Such decisions will be made at Sedalia Center’s sole discretion. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes or interruptions.

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending, guests acknowledge that Sedalia Center events take place on outdoor grounds and may involve uneven terrain, mud, insects, changing weather, and other natural conditions. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.

5. Photography / Video Release

This event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you grant The Sedalia Center and its authorized representatives permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, or other recordings for promotional, marketing, archival, and related purposes without compensation or further approval.

6. Admission and Conduct

Sedalia Center reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or interferes with the enjoyment of the event by others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Vendor and Tent Weather Preparedness

Vendors participating in Sedalia Center events are expected to arrive fully prepared for outdoor conditions. This includes providing proper tent weights and, when appropriate, tent sidewalls or other protection against rain and wind. Vendors are responsible for securing their own tents, merchandise, and display materials. Sedalia Center is not responsible for weather-related loss or damage to vendor property.

8. Personal Property

Attendees and vendors are responsible for their own personal property. Sedalia Center is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Event Details Subject to Change

Lineups, schedules, workshops, vendors, activities, and other event details are subject to change without notice.
