Living Arts Afternoons After-School Program
Every Wednesday from September through May, the Sedalia Center welcomes children ages 5-12 to Living Arts Afternoons, our after-school program that is as fun as it is educational. Living Arts Afternoons offers an important service to our community, and we’re so proud and excited to enter our second jam-packed academic year. We’ll have rotating sessions on arts and crafts, outdoor education, farm days at Mountain Run Farm, and special seasonal activities as well. Of course, we’ll also have snacks.
It’s critical that we’re able to offer this program to our community at no cost to attendees or their families. Funding relies on special grant support and individual contribution. Consider making a donation to Living Arts Afternoons, whether once or monthly — from craft supplies to food expense to sponsoring visiting artists’ presentations, every little bit helps! Due to overwhelming enthusiasm for LAA (a good problem to have, as they say), we’ve closed our open registration, as the program is currently at capacity.
