Join Us for – Music, Art, Theater Free Open House event to celebrate the launching of the Counter Ridge History Project to recover the history of the site and the Sedalia settlement in general. The day will feature the opening of an exhibition of regional African American Art curated by Veronica Jackson, which will run through mid August. Gospel Choirs Infinite Praise and members of the Sharon Missionary Baptist Church will bless the morning, and young people’s original poetry and performance will dedicate the Counter Ridge Stage.
