Sedalia Center

Sedalia’s very first Jazz & Wine Festival will be held Saturday August 23^rd from 4pm – 10pm at the Sedalia Center. This inaugural festival has been requested by festival goers for quite some time and is highly anticipated.

Lenny Marcus, Stephanie Nakasian and McGustavus “Gus” Miller with “Accent” will provide a variety of selections from the main stage for your listening enjoyment, either from under the pavilion or the lawn while watching from Sedalia’s jumbotron. Various wineries from around Virginia will be on hand and seafood will be available for sale.

Sans Soucy Vineyards & Winery from Brookneal, Virginia, will be hosting a wine workshop in addition to offering wines from their vineyard. Be sure to purchase our inaugural wine glass, donated by Meriwether Godsey. This lovely glass is only $5.00 and will be just the thing to sample the various vines offered from the vendors. Mark your calendar for this very special and exciting event in this part of Virginia. Gates open at 3:00pm and music will be from 4pm to 10pm. Tickets are $10.00 and available on line at www.sedaliacenter.org or by calling the Center at 434-299-5080, or at the gate.
